A Quality Process

Because JCB 455 ZX wheel loaders are used all over the world, the design has been tested rigorously in climates ranging from -20°C to 50°C. By using advanced manufacturing and assembly processes, we produce only the highest precision quality components too.
The JCB Dieselmax 672 has a high capacity multistage fuel filtration system which separates water and filters fuel through four stages to remove almost all contaminant particles. This setup is designed specifically for territories where fuel quality can be variable.
455 ZX front loaders are equipped with premium components like JCB Dieselmax engines, ZF transmissions and axles, Rexroth pumps and Parker valve blocks. The rear counterweight and cast quarter pillars protect the cooling pack and the back of the machine.
The articulation joint has a heavy-duty box section, a heavy-duty centre pin and oversized bush, as well as twin taper roller bearings on the bottom box joints. This setup can tolerate both vertical and horizontal loadings for durability and rigidity.
Because industry is tough, we stress test to emulate the toughest digging and dump situations. That means all structures on the new 455 ZX wheel loader can perform even the most arduous duties over thousands of hours.
JCB Dieselmax engines feature a heavy-duty cast iron cylinder block, bedplate, cylinder head and forged crankshaft to provide high strength and long life.

Air conditioning comes as standard on a new JCB 455 ZX wheeled loading shovel, so your operators can create their perfect working temperatures to stay as comfortable, alert and productive as possible. Sliding windows provide increased ventilation and improved communication.
There’s plenty of storage behind the rear seat of this wheel loader, keeping the forward operating area uncluttered and safe. Additional storage capacity and security is provided by the lockable tool box on the right-hand step.
The 455 ZX’s selectable loader arm detents mean operators can set loader arm height limitations, return to dig and float functions for improved safety and productivity. Optional 3-spool hydraulics enable many attachments to be used easily.
All-round visibility is excellent courtesy of a 3-piece laminated front screen and interior mirrors, an optional reversing camera and a sloping rear bonnet. The internal noise level, meanwhile, measures just 74dBA.
For maximum operator comfort, the JCB 455 ZX wheel loader is fitted with an easily adjustable tilting and telescopic steering column.
