JCB PLANS FOR GROWTH WITH NEW WEST MALAYSIA DEALER

Mach 1 has been appointed as the official dealer for JCB in West Malaysia, and will be exclusively responsible for the region. Mach 1 will operate from a combination of two flagship integrated JCB sales, service and spare parts centres (3S) in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, along with four additional sales and spare part branches (2S) that the company plans to open before the end of 2019. The first of these will be located at Penang and Batu Pahat, with branches at Ipoh and Kuantan to follow. 
Mach 1, formed in 2000, has a strong understanding of the market, as well as the specific needs and day-to-day demands of its Malaysian customers. From its growing network in West Malaysia, Mach 1 JCB will be perfectly positioned to provide its customers in the construction, industrial, oil & gas and plantation sectors with significantly improved access to JCB’s product range, in addition to delivering market-leading aftermarket support.

Mach 1 will ensure that customers in West Malaysia will enjoy easy access to JCB’s construction equipment product range, including the world’s number one telehandler and backhoe loader, to excavators, skid steer loaders and compaction equipment. Mach 1’s combined customer facilities at Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru offer 10 service bays and 30 dedicated, fully-trained staff, backed up by sales and after sales personnel with up to 25 years’ experience in the construction equipment industry. Customers can expect world class support through Mach 1’s understanding of the local market, combined with JCB’s commitment to customer uptime through support in the aftermarket.
