Our Skid Steer and Compact Track Loader benefits from our unique PowerBoom design – a single-sided reinforced high tensile strength steel boom, constructed from 20% more steel than rival twin-arm designs.

JCB’s exclusive left-hand-side entry system allows 325T Forestmaster compact loader operators to access the machine without having to climb over large cumbersome attachments or under an unsupported boom. With a 270° field of vision, our loaders have up to 60% better visibility than rival machines (which offer around 165°).

The PowerBoom structure provides a safe route for hydraulic hoses so that they’re well protected from damage. To keep the fuel tank protected, it’s mounted inside the loader tower; there’s also an easily accessible drain port.

Our 325T Forestmaster model is well suited for milirary applications due to the added protection fitted to the machine. There’s Level 2 FOPS protection and steel mesh to both flanks, as well as guards on the exhaust, left-hand quarter panel, high flow steel tube, loader hydraulic hoses, auxiliary coupler, track tube and front work lights. To aid overall performance and cope with the rigours of demanding work, a highly efficient cooling system comes as standard. This includes a cooling pack guard, reversing fan and air intake scavenge system.

JCB’s compaction range comprises of Double Drum Walk Behind rollers, Multi-purpose compactors, Single Drum Soil compactors and Vibratory Tandem rollers.

Ranging from 4,600 to over 20,000 kg, our single drum soil compaction machines come in lots of weights, with smooth or padfoot drum and other options.

JCB’s vibratory tandem road rollers are designed to be class leaders, weighing between 1680 and 9250 kg.

The most popular Military roller is the JCB VM115. This model has great stability by design due to a heavy duty centre joint and a robust chassis. It is equipped with a JCB Axes and JCB EcoMAX engine. The 50:50 Drum to Tractor ratio ensures high gradability, whilst the sloping bonnet provides unrivalled front and rear visibility.

Our maintenance free centre joint means no greasing costs. There is easy ground level access for daily checks. Another feature is AVC (auto Vibration Control) – This automatically stops the compacting when machine comes to a stop so you cannot over-compact.

JCB have a complete range of diesel generators from 8-3300kVA, with a range of engines to suit all applications. Open or canopied, single or 3-phase, 50 or 60HZ frequency, plus various voltage options; the JCB range of generators gives you a lot of options to meet your exact power requirements.

As you would expect from JCB, the build quality is superb with each generator boasting the highest quality components, alternators and engines. A digital control panel as standard (excluding 8-13kVA), lets you programme the system to meet your own requirements, whilst remote monitoring is available using JCB LiveLink.

JCB rough terrain forklifts are designed to get results in any rehandling environment. Our three RTFLs have a host of mast heights and spec options to tailor the perfect machine for any task.

Our biggest model, the 7500 kg JCB 940, is powered by our highly efficient 55kW EcoMAX engine and has a 4000 kg lift capacity. It has several mast options ranging from 3.6 to 6.7 m so you can tailor your 940 RTFL to the perfect lift height. What’s more, JCB’s Synchro Shuttle transmission gives fast, smooth directional changes and a sideshift feature means you can accurately place materials on scaffolding.

The JCB Teletruk is the perfect machine for logistical operations. The telescopic arm means it is possible to load a trailer from one side, decreasing the room needed to load by up to 50%.

With no mast blocking the view ahead as on conventional forklifts, the Teletruk's unique side boom also provides unrivalled forward visibility.

To ensure ultimate protection for machines working in arduous, dusty environments, JCB has various options for specific applications available.  These include heavy-duty carriage, protective guards, high-level air intakes, wide-core radiator, counterweight chevrons, fire extinguisher, panoramic mirror and In-cab coolant temperature gauge.

All-round LED worklights and two additional LED low level mounted worklights are available to provide greater visibility for the operator. An air intake protective guard and valve block protective guard is also available to help prevent debris from blocking the air intake or entering the engine compartment.
