The Prize Draw is a chance to win the hire of a JCB Telescopic Handler for a three month period (dates being limited to 1st December to 1st March 2021 with the hire to not extend beyond 1st March 2021) (“the Prize”).
The Prize Draw period begins on 7th August 2020 and will be open for entries up to 6th November 2020 or such later date as JCB may determine and advertise (“Qualifying Period”).Late entries will not be accepted.
To qualify to enter the Prize Draw there is a requirement to complete, during the Qualifying Period, an entry form at www.jcb.com/domuchmore submitting contact details and justification as to why the entrant should win the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is open to companies or individuals aged 18 or over who are resident of any of the following: Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan (but not mainland China), South Korea, Japan, Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Timor Leste.
Each entrant can only make one entry.
The JCB Sales Asia Pacific Marketing team (the “Judges”) will select a winning entry (“the Winner”) from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms.The Judges will select the Winner as soon as reasonably practical following the end of the Qualifying Period on or before Friday 27th November 2020.When choosing the Winner the Judges will consider what is, in the Judges opinion, the most worthy entrant.The Judges decision is final.
The Winner will be notified by email or telephone of their success and to discuss the arrangements for delivery of the Prize.Those individuals entering the Prize Draw on behalf of an organization note that it is the organization that shall receive the prize.
JCB reserves the right to re-draw the prize if the Winner cannot be contacted to make arrangements for the Prize within five (5) days or JCB determines that there has been non-compliance with these terms and conditions. Additionally, an alternative Winner may be chosen if the original Winner does not agree to the terms of hire mentioned at clause 12 within a reasonable time period.
No substitution or transfer is permitted, the Prize is non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative to the Prize.
The Prize is awarded ‘as is’ with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The exact prize details will be subject to model availability within the winning entrants geographical location.
JCB will arrange to cover the costs of the Prize but otherwise neither JCB nor any JCB dealer have any liability in relation to the Prize.
The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the hire agreement that the Winner will be asked to sign and agree before collection of the Prize.
The Winner will be solely responsible to adhere to all terms and conditions of the hire agreement and for any other costs and expenses incurred in relation to the Prize including but not limited to fuel, consumables, maintenance, servicing, insurance and damage.
The competition is not open to anyone associated with JCB or any associated companies or any authorised dealers or their staff.
By deciding to enter into the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge and agree that JCB shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion.
JCB’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
As the promoter of the Prize Draw, JCB reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of the Prize Draw without prior notice.
JCB does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect the sending, request or processing of entries.
