Enrollment to this programme is easy, any customer who has purchased a new machine or have bought JCB Genuine parts worth Rs. 1000/- gets enrolled to this program. This loyalty program provides customers with 3 Tier of membership namely the Blue, Silver & Gold. At the time of joining customer is offered a Blue level membership, on purchase of parts worth Rs. 25000/- in a calendar quarter this level gets upgraded to Silver & with purchase of parts worth 50K,member gets upgraded to Gold level membership.
